Open Today. Do what's on top.
Every morning, open Today. Start with the first row. Tap the button. Keep going until Do now is empty. The app remembers who is due, what to do, and what to say. You just do it.
A lead is a homeowner who asked for a quote. Every lead on the list has one thing to do next.

For each row
- 1Read the bold line. It says what to do. Example: “Call now” or “Confirm tomorrow's visit”.
- 2Tap Call or Text. Your phone opens with the message already written. Change it if you want. Send it. The app notes that you did.
- 3Something happened? Tap what happened. Tap the name to open the lead. Tap the button that fits: Made contact, Visit booked, Quote sent, Deposit received, Paid in full. The next step lines up on its own.
The app does this on its own
- 1Picks who is next and when. New leads first. Then follow-ups on a set schedule. Then the day-before texts for visits and job starts.
- 2Writes the message. Every Text and Email button comes filled in with the customer's name and details.
- 3Follows the calendar. Put a site visit on the calendar and the lead becomes Visit scheduled. Put the job on and it becomes Work scheduled. On the start date it becomes In progress.
- 4Brings parked leads back. Not now? Pick a date. The lead disappears and comes back on that date.
Three rules
- 1Call and text from the app. That is how it knows you did it. Called from your phone instead? Open the lead and tap Skip.
- 2New lead? Call within 7 minutes. You get an email. The lead is at the top of Today with a timer.
- 3When it says Decide, decide. Not now with a date, or Mark lost. Do it the same day.
Notes are for facts you will need later: gate code, dog in the yard, wants the cedar look.
Settings
- Change the wording of any text or email.
- Change the days and times customers can book a visit.
- Block a day by adding time off on the calendar.
